Why Billy does what he does: He challenges others to pursue feedback because the pursuit of truth is the most meaningful part of the process.
In 2002, Billy began designing, implementing and educating employers on partially self-funded medical plans. While he is thankful for his technical knowhow, he attributes his success in sales to asking thought provoking questions. The solution tends to present itself, once the right issue has been identified.
By 2011, he moved to Snellings Walters to head their Employee Benefits Division and was inspired to help the agency build, nurture and perpetuate an organization that attracts highly engaged employees. Billy was nationally recognized for winning Broker of the Year by BenefitsPro magazine and credits his success to working for an organization that exploits his strengths and invests in his weaknesses. Due to the significant role he plays in leading an agency that ranks among the highest engaged work forces in the US, Billy welcomed the invitation to become an owner of Snellings Walters in 2018. Today he is responsible for the development and execution of Snellings Walters’ vision and fostering an engaging environment so tomorrow’s leaders will successfully perpetuate his privately held company.
Born and raised in Dunwoody, GA, he is the youngest of 5 children. After graduating from Marist School, he attended Mount Saint Mary’s College and graduated with a degree in Business and Economics. He and Allie were married in 2006 and live in Roswell with their children, Sean, Ryan, Caroline and Jacob. They are active parishioners at St. Brigid Catholic Church and in his free time, you will find Billy playing with his kids or golfing.

Leading a learning environment, Jennifer enjoys helping teams simplify the complex. She operates as a highly engaged executive and find the greatest rewards in leading a values-focused culture, investing in people’s personal and professional development while driving best in class standards through proven process. She likes to move fast and enjoys collaboration, problem solving and implementing change strategies.
In her 30+ years executive career, including senior officer roles in Fortune 500, private equity and entrepreneurial enterprises undergoing evolving business strategies, including organic growth, M&A, globalization, market segmentation/diversification, and cultural/organizational restructuring, she has worked with exceptional teams. Jennifer’s work experience has resulted in a unique understanding of diverse investor/corporate/global philosophies and she has a track record of proven leadership and delivering results in dynamic business models and multi-source revenue streams spanning multiple industries, consumer and corporate customer segments, and domestic and international retail and business sectors.
Jennifer was raised in Dallas, TX and graduated from Spring Hill College and Harvard Business School. As an active member of St. Jude Catholic Church she resides in East Cobb, GA with a houseful of golden retrievers. She also enjoys traveling, reading and community service work.
Chairman of the Board
Why Clay does what he does: Clay leads to inspire confidence in others so their potential is unleashed.
Since joining the firm in 1986, Clay has served in several roles. As an insurance agent he serves his business and personal clients. As a member of the executive team he is active in the leadership of the agency serving as CEO and Visionary. Clay’s clients appreciate his sense of urgency and placing their needs above his own. With a concentration in the real estate industry, Clay’s clients value his knowledge of their coverage needs and matching them with insurance companies that fulfill those needs.
Clay also lives out his Sense of Purpose by working to unite the Insurance Industry to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. Since 2011 he has led the Insure the Cure initiative which has raised over $2.2 million for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Clay grew up in Atlanta and attended The Lovett School before majoring in Finance/Business Administration at Stetson University. He is married to Lori and has three children, Blake, Walker and Emily.
Principal
Why Steve does what he does: He lives to encourage others to find significance so that many are impacted for positive change.
Steve is one of our principals and believes our staff is some of the finest people in the insurance industry because they have purpose around a proven process in helping clients find solutions to complex problems. Steve grew up in Stone Mountain and attended Clarkston High School before majoring in Risk Management and Insurance at UGA. He attends Northpoint Community Church with his wife, Jana and their 2 daughters, Ansley and Jordan.
Principal
Why Eric does what he does: By engaging in the lives of others, Eric is inspired by helping others to be better today than they were yesterday.
Eric specializes in establishing complex risk management programs with emphasis on Employment Practices, Property, Casualty, Umbrella, and Worker’s Compensation. He also assists clients in evaluating large deductible and captive programs.
Eric has been in the insurance industry since 1998. He began his career as an underwriter with The Hartford before transitioning to the broker side of the business in 2002.
Eric grew up in Connecticut and graduated from University of Vermont. Eric and his wife Alena have two children Isabela and Daniel.
Principal
Why Chip does what he does: Chip identifies with and embraces Snellings Walters’ value-driven purposes. Chip seeks to engage and develop relationships based on trust, respect and competency in and amongst his fellow associates, his valued insurance company representatives and the clients he serves. He is committed to continually improving his skill set, examining and challenging himself to steadily grow as an insurance broker, a husband, a father, a mentor and a friend.
For over 33 years, since 1986, Chip has worked diligently to be an advocate and professional advisor for his wide variety of commercial clients. Chip specializes in the design and placement of the most favorable property & casualty insurance & risk management programs achievable in the marketplace.
Chip strongly believes in industry continuing education and is consistently striving to learn and grow so that he can use his knowledge in the design of clients insurance & risk management programs. He has several professional designations including Certified Insurance counselor (CIC), certified risk manager (CRM), associate of risk management (ARM), certified professional insurance agent (CPIA) and certified workers comp professional (CWCP).
Chip grew up in metro Atlanta and graduated with an undergraduate degree in risk management from the Terry college of Business at the University of Georgia. Chip and his wife Tammy have two grown sons. They make their home in Marietta and are active in North Metro Church, Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and other charitable causes.
Accounting Manager
Why Brannon does what he does: To use his God given gifts to help himself and other achieve their goals together.
Brannon graduated from the University of Georgia in 2002 with a degree in Finance. He started his career right out of college with AIG where he worked in the Commercial Transport Claims division for a year, and then in the Accounting department for the Aviation division as a Financial Accountant for 5 years. Brannon later went back to school to receive his Masters in Accounting from Mercer University, and went on to work for Starr Companies (a company that split off from AIG in 2005) as a Financial Analyst and later a Senior Financial Analyst. He stayed with Starr for 10 years before making the move to Snellings Walters.
Brannon was born and raised in Fayetteville, GA but now resides in Johns Creek with his wife, Krista, and their two daughters, Sadie Kate and Addison. Brannon loves spending time at the lake, working out, playing golf, watching soccer (Chelsea), is active in his church at Johns Creek Baptist, and is an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan, GO DAWGS!

Why Allan does what he does: Allan’s mission is to utilize God’s gifts to lead and inspire others so they can unleash their potential.
Allan graduated from the University of Georgia’s Risk Management program in 1995. He has served the insurance industry as a continuing education instructor and a volunteer leader within the Independent Insurance Agents of Georgia, ultimately serving as President of IIAG from 2016-2017. Outside of the insurance industry, Allan has served his community through his involvement with St. Clements Catholic Church, Boy Scouts of America, CURE Childhood Cancer, and a variety of youth swim teams. Allan now leads SWIA’s Northwest Georgia office in Calhoun, GA where he lives with his wife, Melanie, and their children Brandon, Bella, and Brayden.

As a consultant, Tara believes it is her responsibility to challenge the traditional market approaches that continuously lead to status quo results. She looks to help change the way organizations approach their medical benefit offerings. She has been able to accomplish this by introducing her clients to creative strategies in an effort to contain their costs, manage compliance, and by teaching them to actively engage their workforce.
Tara and her husband Patrick live in Woodstock, Ga with their 3 children MacKenzie, Delaney and Connor. Outside of work Tara enjoys traveling, boating and being outdoors with her friends and family.

Chip enjoys working with clients and prospects to design the most effective blend of protection, risk retention, and pricing for the long term. Chip has a unique ability to see the impact growth and changes in corporate direction will impact current programs and the overall organization as a whole.
Chip is a graduate of Mars Hill College and is a native of and still resides in Dunwoody. He is active in his local church, the cystic fibrosis foundation and community affairs. He is proud to be married to his lovely wife Stacey and to be the father of his children Alex and Charis and his dog Cubbie.

Sandra Reid is the Manager of Data Systems & Analytics at Snellings Walters Insurance Agency. Sandra has worked in the Insurance Industry for over 20 years and joined Snellings Walters in 2007. She enjoys working with and for her team to create a culture of learning and growth. Sandra is a member of North Point Community Church, resides in Johns Creek and has two sons Ryan, a Navy Vet and Adam, a business student.

Leigh joined Snellings Walters in 2008 after spending 3 years in the Banking industry. Her specialty at Snellings Walters is Personal Lines Insurance Sales. She graduated from The University of Georgia in 2005 with a degree in Psychology. She was a member of the Chi Omega Sorority while at UGA. She has since earned her Certified Insurance Counselor Designation (CIC). In her spare time she enjoys cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs and spending time with family. Leigh and her husband Todd are proud parents to their son Bennett and daughter Addison.

Kathryn is a Personal Lines Consultant and joined Snellings Walters in 2020. She has been in the insurance industry since 2011. She graduated with a degree in Business Management from Middle Georgia State University. Kathryn is passionate about helping families understand the why behind their personal insurance plan. She is currently working on completing her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
Kathryn and her husband Austin live in Senoia, GA with their two dogs Marley and Zeppelin. In her free time Kathryn enjoys going to concerts, cheering on all Atlanta sports (especially The Braves!), and spending time with her friends and family.

Tammy Zendzion is the Personal Lines Department Leader for Snellings Walters Insurance Agency. She has been with the personal lines department since 2015. Tammy has a Bachelor of Science degree, is a US Navy veteran and specializes in building long-standing relationships with clients and employees, takes pride in providing exceptional service at all times and assists with the development of upcoming team members. Outside of Snellings Walters Tammy enjoys gardening, self-development and traveling.

With 25 years’ experience in International Manufacturing, his expertise and business acumen enables pinpoint focus to improve our clients business and bottom line results. Dedicated to many things; Cyber/Data/Network Liability is one of them. For the past 10 years, Ralph’s been moderating and speaking at dozens of conferences on Cyber Liability & Data Breach Risk Management. Ralph hosts educational seminars on Cyber Crime exposure for associations and all industries including Operational & Intellectual Technology Professionals.
Ralph is the Executive Committee Chairman for Tech400 and Annual Cyber Symposium, is an advisor to the Atlanta Electronic Crimes Task Force, and the Georgia Tech Research Institute. He is a member of various organizations including the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, Technology Association of Georgia, German American Chamber of Commerce and several special interest groups.
Ralph graduated from Villanova University and serves in the local alumni chapter, he and his wife Susan are residents of Roswell where they are both active in the community.

Wayne began his insurance career in 2003 as a producer in GA. Wayne graduated from Augusta State University, where he played college baseball at ASU. He grew up in Athens, GA and attended Clarke Central High School. Wayne and his wife, Kelli have two beautiful girls, Avery and Kendall, and currently make their home in Athens. They are both huge UGA fans and members of Athens First United Methodist Church. Wayne enjoys golf, outdoor activities on the water, and traveling with the family.

A native of Woodstock, Georgia, Alex graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South with a degree in International Global Studies. During his time at Sewanee, Alex was a member of their football program and served as a captain on the team in his senior year. In 2016, he began his career as an assistant football coach for Berry College while also pursuing his Masters of Business Administration. His experience coaching college athletes sparked a passion for building meaningful relationships and making a difference in people’s lives which is what drove him to enter the insurance industry in 2018. Claims Practice Leader
Why Michael does what he does: As Claims Practice Leader at Snellings Walters, Michael advocates on behalf of his clients by understanding their key exposures, assisting in risk mitigation through development of strategic action plans and delivering meaningful results.
Michael grew up in the Greater Atlanta Area, having received an A.B. in Political Science from the University of Georgia and his law degree from Albany Law School. He is a licensed attorney in the State of New York and holds a Georgia property & casualty adjuster license. Michael began his experience in the insurance industry as an excess adjuster with AIG before transitioning to the broker side in 2019. He also practiced law for several years as an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Law Department.
Michael and his wife, Ashley, have two children, Joseph and Olivia. Outside of Snellings Walters, Michael enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends, golfing and rooting for the Georgia Bulldogs.

Cameron grew up in Greater Atlanta earning is B.B.A degree in Risk Management Insurance from the University of Georgia in 1999 and as such committed himself to the Property and Casualty industry. In 2005, he earned the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
He thrives on identifying each client’s unique exposures to loss and implementing a risk management action plan to address these loss exposures. He is of the mindset that insurance is only one of the many mechanisms used to help protect his clients’ assets.
Cameron has been involved in various community service organizations throughout his career. When not working, Cameron enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
Commercial Insurance Sr. Client Executive
Why Brian does what he does: His goal in life is to serve and encourage his family and others.
Brian is responsible for directing the insurance carrier placement activities and servicing clients. In this role, he collaborates with clients and insurance carrier underwriting leaders to design risk management/ insurance programs and services that align with Snellings Walters Insurance Agency clients and prospective clients. This allows him to use his passion for serving others to insure they have a comprehensive risk management/ insurance program that will protect the client, their business, and the employees.
After serving honorably in the United States Air Force, Mr. Robinson started his Insurance career in 1998 in a family run agency for commercial insurance in the metro Atlanta area. His primary role was an insurance agent focused on cultivating relationships and marketing with insurance carriers for commercial clients. He then went and worked for a national carrier, St Paul Insurance, where he was promoted as a manager to run part of their commercial insurance service center. After a merger he went back to the commercial agency side where he was an agent working with commercial clients. Here is where he cultivated his passion for servicing and marketing accounts for his clients. In 2021 he decided to join Snelling Walters Insurance Agency as a Senior Client Executive since they align with his passion of leading complex business into safety and security. He has cultivated many client and carrier relationships at the local and senior level of clients and insurance carriers.
Brian grew up in Columbus GA where his family has been in the insurance industry since the 70’s. In Brian’s off time he loves to be with his family in friends. He is married to Angela and has three children. He lives on a lake so you will find him on his boat fishing or just hanging out with them. He also enjoys cooking and trying new recipes on his family and friends. Brian attened Auburn University of Montgomery while he served in the Air Force as a security police specialist. He earned the Certified Authority on Works Comp (CAWC) designation in 2016 and is currently working towards his Certified Insurance Counselor CIC) designation.

Blake Snellings is a Commercial Lines Client Executive for Snellings Walters Insurance Agency. Blake started his career at FCCI Insurance Group working as a Commercial Lines Underwriter before transitioning to the agency side. His underwriting experience gives him a unique understanding of the underwriting process, coverage forms, and the commercial insurance marketplace.
Blake grew up in Sandy Springs and graduated from The University of Georgia in 2015 with a degree in Risk Management & Insurance. He currently lives in Brookhaven and enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and playing golf.
Director of Marketing
Why Natalie does what she does: To tell the story of remarkable brands, live a balanced life, and never stop learning.
Natalie Copeland is the Director of Marketing at Snellings Walters Insurance Agency. She began her marketing career in 2009 and has since become an integrated marketing leader adept at developing marketing strategy and creative planning across digital and traditional channels within rapid growth environments. Natalie is skilled at leading the execution and optimization of PPC, social media, email, SEO, content marketing, and traditional campaigns. As Director of Marketing, her focus is telling the story of SWIA’s incredible and truly authentic team of experts and the creative strategies in which they lead complex businesses to security.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading suspense novels with a cup of coffee, a good game of hide and seek with her daughter, and family camping adventures.
