Why Jessica does what she does: Demonstrate care in the building of relationships and develop a sense of community that enriches one’s life both personally & professionally.

Jessica began her journey with Snellings Walters in 2014 as a personal lines’ client manager and in 2018 transitioned to the accounting department. As a member of the team cornerstone, she was presented with the opportunity to extend her impact on the agency in a whole new way. Through the mentorship of principals and executives over the years and agency support to develop personally and professionally, Jessica embarked on her newest opportunity as the Director of Employee Engagement.

Jessica has the pleasure of serving Snellings Walters clients both internally as well as externally. As a client manager, she had a firsthand account of the client experience. Fully understanding the value of our workforce and clients has been vital to the continued success of our agency for the past 70 years. Moving into an administrative role, managing processes, and maintaining strategic relationships speaks directly to Jessica’s growth mindset.

Giving back is at the heart of Snellings Walters, and the agency’s Passion Day initiative provides staff with the opportunity to give back in their respective communities. Jessica has had the pleasure of volunteering in various ways from her involvement with the Cystic Fibrosis Great Strides walk, Peachtree Society, and volunteering at local CAC food pantry.

Jessica is a Georgia native currently residing in Marietta. She received her master’s degree from Belhaven University. Her spare time is spent traveling and experiencing all that Atlanta has to offer from sporting events to concerts and cultural performances.
