For us, it’s about more than just insurance. It’s about engaging in the lives of others.

To better engage in the lives of others and best serve our clients, we’ve recently redefined our three company uniques. Our three revamped uniques are:

  1. Growth is Personal
  2. Alignment
  3. Proven Process

We believe these three uniques are vital to our organization and make us stand out from the rest. 

Growth is Personal: Bright future, balanced life. 

Our team recently met to discuss our three uniques, and here’s how our CEO, Billy Potter, challenged us to take our Growth is Personal unique into not only the workplace but our personal lives as well:

When talking about growth, we mean both professionally and personally. When we are committed to identifying issues they are not unique to just our workplace. They are issues that take form in every relationship in our life. If we are crushing our goals at work but failing at home, it’s a loss. We believe that emphasizing a powerful work-life balance is what brings success.

Alignment: Truthful engagement, shared purpose. 

Our second unique is alignment, and Billy challenged our team with a few questions to consider to achieve the perfect alignment in the workforce you can listen to them below:

When talking about alignment, we are always looking to see the following questions: Are you aligned with your job? Is there balance professionally and personally?

The better we are at making sure that occurs, the better output we’re going to have. Without alignment, our wins become losses. 

If you take a step back and look at all of what our company measures, it’s for alignment. This includes service, sales, and placing the right people in the right seat. 

Alignment helps us stay on track and hit our goals.

Proven Process: Repeatable process, remarkable results. 

Our last unique is proven process, and Billy empowered us to find a well-structured process that works for each individual on our team and helps our clients achieve remarkable results.

In other words, we are committed to finding a process that works and repeating it, and making it scalable. 

Once we find something that works, we need to make a process out of it. The perfection of the process is always being committed to making it better. A proven process is needed to grow and be efficient within our organization and for our clients. 

We believe that these three uniques are invaluable to our organization and make us stand out from the rest. Our team is dedicated to these three uniques so that we can serve our clients to the best of our ability.
