The Why Behind Our Cause

Our cause is near and dear to our hearts at Snellings Walters. Since 2011, our team has dedicated ourselves to taking action to find a cure and put an end to cystic fibrosis. We have partnered with the insurance community across Atlanta to form Insure the Cure and walk in the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Great Strides walk. 

Let’s take a look at the why behind our cause: 

At just three months old, Emily Snellings was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis. Emily is the daughter of our very own Clay Snellings and the granddaughter of our founder, John Snellings. She sees life with a glass-half-full attitude and has hopes and dreams of better tomorrows for individuals living with cystic fibrosis.

For individuals like Emily, we are dedicated to finding a cure. We believe that every tomorrow begins with what we do today. We would love for you to join our team in this year’s 2021 Great Strides walk and help us reach our goal one step at a time. 

This year, the walk will be virtual on Saturday, May 15. That means you can walk from wherever you are! Great Strides is more than just a fundraising event.
