Employee Benefits Open Enrollment Coordinator
About the Employee Benefits Open Enrollment Coordinator role:
The Open Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing the operational components of annual Open Enrollments for Employee Benefits clients. The Open Enrollment Coordinator supports a high volume of enrollment events by owning timelines, deliverables, logistics, and internal coordination to ensure a smooth, accurate, and compliant enrollment experience for clients and their employees. The role partners closely with Enrollment Managers, Client Managers, Producers, and external vendors.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Efficient Open Enrollment timeline and task management across multiple concurrent clients
- Coordinate Open Enrollment projects from planning through post-enrollment closeout
- Maintain accurate enrollment tracking, status reporting, and internal scorecards
- Maintain accurate data and documentation within the client database and enrollment folders
- Follow and maintain Open Enrollment document standard procedures and naming conventions
- Coordinate the creation, review, and delivery of benefit guides, booklets, rate sheets, and additional enrollment materials
- Coordinate peer review and translation review (Spanish and other languages as required) prior to client delivery
- Coordinate Open Enrollment presentations and digital enrollment materials
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and support for Open Enrollment meetings (virtual and in-person)
- Support Enrollment Manager and presenter during Open Enrollment meetings as needed
- Serve as a primary operational point of contact during Open Enrollment for materials, logistics, and coordination
- Manage Open Enrollment equipment inventory, tracking, and availability
- Attend internal Open Enrollment planning meetings and training session

- Ability to communicate enrollment logistics and timelines clearly to internal teams and clients
- General understanding of employee benefits and Open Enrollment processes
