Employee Benefits Client Assistant

About the Employee Benefits Client Assistant role:

This position is highly engaged in the customer service process. They will be directly assisting Client Managers committed to best in industry customer service.

Responsibilities for this role:

  • Relationship management
  • Client retention
  • Efficient timeline and task management
  • Assist with marketing and renewing tasks
  • Assist with general administrative duties
  • Assist with clarifying benefit inquiries
  • Assist with obtaining carrier documents and commission statements
  • Assist with resolving escalated claim and billing issues for fully insured and self-funded plans
  • Maintain accurate data within our client database
