Employee Benefits Client Assistant
About the Employee Benefits Client Assistant role:
This position is highly engaged in the customer service process. They will be directly assisting Client Managers committed to best in industry customer service.
Responsibilities for this role:
- Relationship management
- Client retention
- Efficient timeline and task management
- Assist with marketing and renewing tasks
- Assist with general administrative duties
- Assist with clarifying benefit inquiries
- Assist with obtaining carrier documents and commission statements
- Assist with resolving escalated claim and billing issues for fully insured and self-funded plans
- Maintain accurate data within our client database
