In 2022, it became clear that we would need support from key carrier partners in order to accomplish
our goals and our client’s goals. Our commitment to aiding our valued clients in reaching their
business objectives is always at the top of our list. To fulfill this, we understood the need to broaden
our network and cultivate invaluable support from our key carrier partners. This realization led to the
creation of a new market, our Strategic Partnership Initiative, an endeavor that makes us the first
agency in America to do something like this.

What is the Strategic Partnership Initiative? 

Michael Parsa, Director of Sales Operations, sheds light on the significance of this joint venture,
stating, “We view the insurance world as a trinity, comprising our clients, our agency, and our carrier
partners. The success of one contributes to the success of the others. The concept behind creating
the Strategic Partnership Initiative is to fuel the growth of our clients, our agency, and our carriers
collectively. We achieve this by ensuring our partners provide impeccable solutions that guide our
clients toward safety and security while meeting their unique insurance needs.”


At the heart of our Strategic Partnership Initiative lies an unwavering commitment to delivering top-tier
solutions to our customer base, whether it’s long-standing or new customers. By creating business

Each of our Strategic Partner Carriers enters into a business partnership agreement, establishing
mutual goals, adhering to objective performance metrics, coming up with partnering strategies, and
engaging everyone within our entire agency to continually enhance our competencies and collective
efforts through this business model.


As a way to say thank you, we reward our top Strategic Partner yearly. Our 2022 Snellings Walters
Strategic Partner of the Year was Central Insurance. This successful partnership showcases a level
of true engagement, creativity in solving our clients’ complex issues, and willingness to create better
outcomes for our clients clearly set this partner apart from all others and exemplified the ideal
