Tracy has worked in the insurance industry for over 16 years and joined Snellings Walters in 2012. As a consultant, Tracy is passionate about advocating and empowering small businesses to think strategically and challenge the traditional approach to benefit offerings. She engages her clients and prospects with the intent to build a partnership based on transparency, trust, and consistency. Tracy is inspired by the opportunity to positively impact our clients’ success and each family within their organization.
Tracy has a passion for health and fitness. In her spare time, she enjoys being outside, especially on the river, at the lake, mountains, or the beach. She has a love for traveling and sharing those experiences with her family, and friends.
