Why Jessica does what she does: Demonstrate care in the building of relationships and develop a sense of community that enriches one’s life both personally & professionally.
Jessica joined Snellings Walters in 2014 as a Personal Lines Client Manager and, in 2018, transitioned into the accounting department. As part of the team cornerstone, she was given the opportunity to expand her influence within the agency in new and meaningful ways. With guidance from principals and executives, along with the agency’s support for her personal and professional development, Jessica embraced her newest role as Director of Employee Engagement.
In this position, Jessica has the privilege of serving Snellings Walters’ clients both internally and externally. Her experience as a client manager provided valuable insight into the client journey, while her administrative work in processes and strategic relationships has highlighted her growth mindset. Her deep understanding of the importance of both clients and team members has been a key driver of the agency’s success over the past 70 years.
Community involvement is also central to Jessica’s work and values. Through the agency’s Passion Day initiative, she has been able to contribute to causes close to her heart, including volunteering with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Great Strides walk, the Peachtree Society, MOWA, and the local CAC food pantry.
A Georgia native, Jessica lives in Marietta and holds a master’s degree from Belhaven University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and taking in the many experiences Atlanta has to offer—from sporting events to concerts and cultural performances.
