Since joining the firm in 1986, Clay has served in several roles. As an insurance agent he serves his business and personal clients. As a member of the executive team he is active in the leadership of the agency, currently serving as Chairman of the Board. Clay’s clients appreciate his sense of urgency and placing their needs above his own. With a concentration in the real estate industry, Clay’s clients value his knowledge of their coverage needs and matching them with insurance companies that fulfill those needs.
Clay also lives out his Sense of Purpose by working to unite the Insurance Industry to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. Since 2011 he has led the Insure the Cure initiative which has raised over $3 million for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Clay grew up in Atlanta and attended The Lovett School before majoring in Finance/Business Administration at Stetson University. He is married to Lori and has three children, Blake, Walker and Emily.
