With most companies making the transition to working from home, it can be very challenging to maintain a strong company culture and stay connected through a screen. Here are 3  benefits you can offer employees while working from home.

According to a 2018 report by Clutch, 61% of employees value an aesthetically pleasing, comfortable workspace. Work environments matter and create an impact on your employees’ productivity. 

While working from home, it’s important to ask your employees how their at-home spaces can be improved to boost productivity and overall employee satisfaction. A great way to make sure your employees are taken care of, even while working from home, is to offer a work-from-home stipend where employees can purchase a monitor, desk, laptop stand, etc., to enhance their spaces!

Home delivery services are a great way to brighten your employees’ day and bring your company culture to their homes. If your office used to host large team lunches, maybe think about sending an Uber Eats gift card every once in a while to change up your team’s lunch routine from home. A few ideas to consider are implementing a virtual wellness program or providing a monthly fitness stipend to show you care about their wellbeing even from afar.
