Director of Engagement

The Director of Engagement assumes responsibility for the comprehensive culture, team health, and development programs at the Agency: ensuring the hiring process, quarterly conversations, and communication channels are committed to; leading culture activities and tools; and implementing personal and professional development programs supporting “growth is personal.” This leader contributes to the growth of the organization by creating, developing, and leading core processes in support of our growing agency.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Driver of Leadership/Management/Accountability Principles
  • Develops the most effective, cost-efficient and appropriate recruiting channels and methods aligned to the current and future workforce needs
  • Designs, plans, and implements programs and policies related to staffing, benefits and training/onboarding
  • Leads Agency personal and professional development commitment: builds curriculum and creative program components; i.e. career path, mentorship, coaching, external resource management
  • Fosters an open, respectful, and fair working environment
  • Effectively navigates the organization and external partners to leverage resources
  • Compelling thought leadership in the culture processes, systems, and culture
  • Cross-department project work in support of Agency goals

  • Employee onboarding survey results
