Emerging Market Client Manager

This role requires management of a book of insurance business; responsible for servicing, managing, retaining, and growing a high volume of accounts in accordance with agency and Emerging Market team standards.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Marketing New/Renewal Business: responsible for gathering applicable information for underwriting file, completing up-front underwriting to provide the best placement of the risk, completing applications, if applicable, and updating internal management system with accurate data.
  • Quotes/Proposals: Reviewing quotes for accuracy, ensuring agency standards, and preparing proposal summaries to clients at renewal with full summary review including suggestions on better/broader coverages to clients at renewal with full summary review including suggestions on better/broader coverages available.
  • Standard Servicing of Book of Business: Responding to all email, mail, and phone requests for a book of business.
  • Endorsements: Process Change Requests and Endorsements, verifying requests are processed accurately.
  • Claims: Responsible for claims processing, handling client questions, and acting as a resource of escalation for clients.
  • Billing: Responsible for handling clients billing questions or issues, processing agency-billed transactions, and ensuring carrier and client payments are received.
  • Maintain accurate client data in agency management system.
  • Client Retention: Execute agency and department programs to deliver on agency retention goals.
  • Account Rounding: Participate in department programs and achieve stated goals.
