Emerging Market Client Assistant
This role requires an individual who is highly engaged and motivated for personal and professional growth. This role supports client management who is committed to providing best in industry customer service and adherence to agency and Emerging Market team standards.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Learning agency management system processes, workflows, procedures, and compliance.
- Manage task assignments from client managers efficiently.
- Add and maintain client data accurately in the agency management system.
- Assist with preparing required documents for marketing and/or renewals
- Maintain client relationships by providing best-in-industry customer service.
- Process account changes.
- Provide required documentation as requested by carriers and/or clients.
- Maintain accurate client information within the agency management system.

- Experience in client services
